Karen Williams (She/Her)

Katherine Carol, based in Denver, Colorado, is a recognized expert by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy and serves on the board of the Washington Initiative on Supported Employment. She is the Founding Co-chair of Colorado’s Employment for All Partnership (EFAP), promoting inclusive employment statewide.

Katherine is also a Director for Imagine Enterprise in Texas, co-founder of Families at the Forefront of Technology, and former Chair of the Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council and Colorado’s State Rehabilitation Council. She consults nationally on employment strategies and organizational transformation, with a focus on families and special needs advocacy.
