- Delivered training through Wise Online Academy 100/200, Wise Learning Center on-demand courses, Recruit, Cultivate and Retain, Plan to Placement, and Video Storytelling
- Hosted Family & Self-Advocate NEXT workshops and Family Training Series
- Developed and implemented System Navigator on-demand training and follow-up workshops

- Developed Employer Toolkit
- Created Family, Individual, and Educator Toolkit

Policy & Practice Change
- Supported DBHDD and Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) collaboration on WIOA Section 511 initiatives
- Established and tracked statewide Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) goals
- Developed an annual CIE Project Plan with the DBHDD Employment Team
Collaborative Infrastructure
- Established Regional Employment First groups to support collaboration and local project implementation
- Developed leadership collaboratives and advisory groups
- Supported pandemic-related navigation and coordination for Supported Employment
Events & Community Engagement
- Hosted National Disability Employment Awareness Month events
- Launched a statewide kickoff event (with a planned celebration event impacted by the pandemic)
Media & Storytelling
- Trained local agency staff and produced a Success Story Video Series
- Created videos through a Video Storytelling course
This project has concluded, but the Georgia Capacity Building model can be adapted to support long-term employment system change in other states and communities.
