This specialized training helps participants strengthen their ability to assess, implement, and lead Positive Behavior Support strategies with confidence and clarity.

Learning Objectives:

  • Assess and implement support systems using intake paperwork, Positive Behavior Support reports, and individual plans.
  • Interpret and apply recommendations from Positive Behavior Support documents and seek additional guidance when needed.
  • Apply Positive Behavior Support principles to address social and communication challenges in the workplace.
  • Support individuals by establishing routines, managing predictability, promoting choice, and teaching workplace-specific communication skills.
