Families & Educators Training Series

The Families & Educators Training Series is a five-part series designed to support a smooth and informed transition from school to adult life for students with Disabilities. Focused on the Clark County area, this series connects families, students, and educators with local and state resources, offering practical guidance and community connections.

Each session in this series highlights different aspects of transition into adulthood, providing valuable insight into available supports and helping participants build a strong local network.

This collaborative series is created and led by the Clark County Developmental Disabilities Program, Clark County Parent Coalition (PEACE NW), Vancouver, Camas, and Evergreen School Districts, and ESD 112.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify and use local resources that support the transition from school to adult life.
