Rob Van Oss (He/Him)

Rob Van Oss has been dedicated to the field of Supported Employment since 2013, serving in various roles such as Job Coach, Employment Consultant, Transition Specialist, and Work Study Program Manager. Since beginning his professional relationship with Wise, Rob has developed skills in website building and administration, creating visual training content, animation, photography, and videography. He has leveraged these skills to further the mission of Wise and is now the Digital Content Manager. He helped build and now operates the WiseStream Studio, which was built with grant funding from the Dan Thompson Memorial Fund.

Rob holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies and Applications from Michigan State University and is a Certified Employment Specialist through Highline College. He is passionate about the transformative power of paid employment for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities (DD/ID) and has seen the benefits first-hand.

Energized by the civil rights aspect of the Supported Employment movement, Rob is committed to advocating for a society that includes all people, regardless of where they may fall on the spectrum of ability / disability.
