Rebecca Roybal (She/Her)

Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Rebecca is the LMS Administrator at Wise, where she oversees the Wise Learning Center and its on-demand library of courses. With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and disability community, Rebecca is an avid learner, loving family member and advocate, and a firm believer in focusing on a person’s strengths and capabilities.

In her role at Wise, Rebecca is fortunate to combine two of her greatest passions: supporting people with disabilities in finding meaningful employment and empowering learners to build new knowledge, skills, and abilities. She is especially passionate about designing impactful training that transforms complex concepts into clear, accessible, and actionable learning experiences.

Prior to joining Wise, Rebecca worked at the University of New Mexico’s Center for Development and Disability, where she led the implementation of a statewide training program for supported employment professionals. This experience deepened her commitment to high-quality, accessible training and capacity building across systems.

Rebecca brings expertise in creating online courses using the ADDIE instructional design model, writing program evaluation plans, and supporting organizations with LMS platform administration, training, and technical assistance. She holds master’s degrees in Public Administration and Instructional Design and Technology from the University of New Mexico. In 2017, she earned her Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) certificate.
