Monica Zumach is currently the Director of TA & Training at Wise, with over 20 years of consulting experience both nationally and internationally. Monica’s background is in marketing and job development, providing expertise to employment agencies, educators, government agencies, and businesses on Supported Employment principles and practices.

As a Director, Monica’s primary responsibilities include training and technical assistance, contract management, event and project management, and managing staff teams. She has also served as the ADA and Technical Assistance Manager for Washington State, consulting on the Americans with Disabilities Act and Washington State Anti-Discrimination Law. Additionally, Monica was an instructor at Highline Community College for the Employment Certification Program, teaching Essential Functions of Marketing and Job Development from 2007 to 2016.

Monica’s career began as a job coach, job developer, and career counselor for individuals with developmental disabilities. She brings a wide array of consulting skills to organizations regarding supported employment, ADA compliance, and event and project management. Monica has over 20 years of experience providing and implementing employment opportunities in the community, as well as event and project management.
