Charly Sullivan is a Senior Training and Technical Assistance Manager at Wise, bringing over 15 years of experience in Supported Employment. Charly partners with organizations, governments, and businesses across Washington to build inclusive practices that create lasting impact. She leads capacity-building projects, provides technical assistance, and facilitates statewide trainings that support equitable employment outcomes for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Charly plays a key role in HireAbility Spokane, a business-to-business initiative focused on increasing inclusive hiring through community education, networking, and employer engagement. She is on the Wise Online Academy’s Job Development and Marketing training team and is an integral part of the Wise Webinar and Community Summit teams. Her expertise spans virtual event hosting, employer outreach, and inclusive hiring practices.

In addition to her hands-on work with service providers and local governments, Charly supports statewide efforts to strengthen employment systems and has been closely involved with the City of Spokane’s Supported Employment Program. She holds a SHRM-CP credential from the Society for Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.

Charly thrives on collaboration and is driven by a deep belief in the power of inclusive communities, demonstrated by her vice president role on the WA APSE board and involvement with the Evergreen Club and Camp Fire in her local community of Spokane, WA.
