Wise is a nonprofit organization based in Washington State, dedicated since 1985 to advancing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As leaders in the field of training and technical assistance, we are passionate about building inclusive workplaces—locally, statewide, and across the nation.
Our mission centers on promoting equitable employment for people with disabilities through innovative training, practical tools, and ongoing technical assistance.
