Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
At Wise, we are dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of our work and within the communities we serve. We recognize the importance of creating accessible content and are committed to ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background or abilities, can engage with our resources. As part of our strategic plan, we prioritize fostering DEI and creating opportunities for people with disabilities to lead and teach. Through these efforts, we aim to build a more inclusive and equitable environment for all.
Presenter Development
Wise works with new presenters, both with and without disabilities, who have valuable information to teach and share with our community. We believe in the value of bringing in new voices and messages from as many perspectives as possible to reflect our community.
