S.M.A.R.T. Goals in Supported Employment

webinar banner with Racheal's photo

Washington State’s Supported Employment services are grounded in person-centered planning, informed choice, and employment-first values. This webinar explores how employment professionals can translate those values into clear, meaningful employment goals that support real progress for the people they serve.

The photo shows a person with long dark hair wearing teal-framed glasses and a light-colored top. They are indoors, in and office type setting. The background includes a white wall, a ceiling with fluorescent lights. The person is facing the camera and appears to be taking a selfie.
