Strengthening Workplace Communication for Non-Traditional Communicators
We will introduce practical strategies for supporting non-traditional communicators in workplace settings. Using the Communication Signal Inventory (Cress, 2017) as a guiding framework, participants will learn how to recognize individual communication signals, collaborate with support networks, and translate insights into responsive workplace supports that promote engagement, participation, and successful employment outcomes.
