CI Bootcamp
The purpose of the Community Inclusion (CI) Capacity Building Project is to launch Community Inclusion Bootcamps and support/develop a statewide network of CI professionals and programs that will demonstrate emerging best practices in CI services.
Family Training Series
The Family Training Series is a collaborative learning series designed and executed by the Clark County Developmental Disabilities Program, Okanogan County, Clark County Parent Coalition (PEACE), Vancouver, Camas, and Evergreen School Districts, ESD 112, and PAVE.
On-Demand Training
The Wise Learning Center is our e-learning portal that hosts over 300 hours of on-demand content, including CESP pre-approved courses and training offerings for Supported Employment Professionals, Residential Providers, Government Enitities, and Individuals & Families.
Plan to Placement
The Plan to Placement Cohort is a 6-session series designed to strengthen a group of Supported Employment Providers through coaching/mentoring to skillfully gather Person-Centered Employment Planning information to assist job seekers in obtaining Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) that fits their skills and desired needs.

Positive Behavior Support (PBS) Playbook is a dynamic training series where we’re transforming Positive Behavior Support into a community-driven journey for excellence. Positive Behavior Support (PBS) Specialization
This 5-month virtual course provides Employment Professionals the unique opportunity to learn how to be Positive Behavior Support Specialists for their agencies and others. Providers who complete this training are prepared to consult, train, and support other community-based providers with PBS principles. This course is all about giving participants what they need to feel comfortable growing into leadership and mentoring roles in their community, and we work with each person to build a personalized path to reaching their goals.
Recruit, Cultivate, Retain (RCR)
Recruit, Cultivate and Retain (RCR) is a leadership series designed for mid-level managers working in employment and community inclusion service provider agencies. By joining RCR, you will have the opportunity to develop immediately usable skills for developing your own career and promoting increased job satisfaction for staff you manage. In community with other program managers, we will re-energize, create solutions to complex problems and share expertise.

This 12-week online course is designed for educators and employment specialists to learn how to support students or job seekers in creating a website portfolio to market their strengths and skills.
WOA 100 Series ACRE
The Wise Online Academy (WOA) ACRE 100 Series is an online training series based on customized employment core competencies. It is designed to provide employment professionals the training, knowledge, and skills they need to deliver quality customized competitive integrated employment services to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
WOA 200 Series ACRE Pro
The Wise Online Academy (WOA) 200 Series is an advanced level training program, which will provide an intensive course of study guided by a professional mentor and participation in student cohorts. The program is intended for employment professionals who have some experience and training in the field and wish to continue to develop their skills to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to gain employment and become contributing members of their communities.
